Since opening in 2012 Forage restaurant has helped shape Vancouver’s local, sustainable dining scene by connecting diners to local fishers, foragers and farmers. We work with local suppliers, adhere to strict sustainable purchasing policies, and are a one hundred per cent zero waste establishment – nothing leaving the restaurant ends up in a landfill.
