Since opening in 2012 Forage restaurant has helped shape Vancouver’s local, sustainable dining scene
by connecting diners to local fishers, foragers and farmers. We work with local suppliers, adhere to strict
sustainable purchasing policies, and are a one hundred per cent zero waste establishment - nothing
leaving the restaurant ends up in a landfill. Due to our team’s dedication to sustainability, we have been
presented with numerous awards including Vancouver Magazine’s Green Award, Where Magazine’s
Green Table Network Award, and Where Magazine’s Sustainable Seafood award.
Forage Catering has grown from Forage restaurant. We share many things with the restaurant including
resources, space, products, staff, and most importantly we share the same commitment to sustainable
